ERIN’S TEA SHOW NOTES
- December 14th’s is vanilla oolong.
- Steeping temperature is 94 degrees for 4-7 minutes.
- If you have no thermometer bring water to a boil and let rest for one minute before pouring over tea.
- When not steeped, it does smell like vanilla but once steeped it smells like lemon.
- Medium amount of caffeine.
- Has Organic Taiwanese pouchong oolong tea, Chinese mao jing green tea, organic lemon myrtle, organic marigolds.
- If you’ve tried Oolong tea in the past and find it too strong, this one is much more like green tea.
- Ruling: smells and tastes more like lemon than vanilla. Not for me, but a lighter Oolong than i’ve had before.
