I love drinking tea for the pure enjoyment of sipping on a delicious blend, and being transported to another world. However there are many reasons to drink tea for health benefits. What are the best teas to drink for your health that can take your mood, weight loss program, or sleep to the next level?
As we have discussed before, Green tea’s are where it’s at to rock your world. Green tea’s will detoxify your body, give you an extra kick to your step, and even help your body lose weight. What more can you ask for from a tea?
Chamomile Tea has amazing health benefits. It is another tea that can help you lose weight, but unlike green tea, this tea won’t keep you up at night. In fact, this tea will make you want to pass out and hit the sack. It is also great if you want to relax and are feeling stressed. Who isn’t stressed?
Pau d’Arco Tea
Pau d’Arco is an incredible tea to help fight disease, sickness, and other aliments. It is anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and is amazing at killing candida in your body. My husband recently added Pau d’Arco tea to his daily teas, and he has never felt better, and was able to melt off nearly 19 pounds in 7 days.
Matcha Green Tea
Yes it is green tea, but Matcha Green Tea is ground up green tea, which means you actually drink the leaves. This gives your body an incredible amount of anti-oxidants to help you get well if you are sick. Matcha can be a little complicated to make, so make sure you check out the video on how to make Matcha before you embark on this journey.
If you have stomach problems, you need to start drinking peppermint tea. I used to drink gallons of Pepto-Bismol, until I found peppermint tea. Peppermint tea helps stomach cramps, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, and even gallstone problems. Even more, peppermint tea can help strengthen your immune system, help you relax, boost your mental energy, fight skin rashes, and help you get rid of that migraine.
There you have it, the top five teas that are incredible for health. Make sure you keep some of these teas handy so you can break them out whenever you need them, or better yet, just add them to your weakly routine! Are there other teas that you recommend for health benefits? We’d love to hear from you, please add your comments!
