Shopping adventures at Teavana and Argo Tea

Oh My Goodness, did I drop a lot of money on tea and tea paraphernalia today… My loot is as follows:

Argo

Double walled Tea tumbler with infuser.  I did see a similar tea pot steeper that I use in most of my videos (the green pot) but it had a tea cozy to help hold heat in! Very cool.  I found it overwhelming to be inside the store and not having been there.  They tried to push lattes on me versus actual tea, but I opted for good ol’ green tea. The type I had was Japanese Sencha blended with matcha. It was very good.  But I was overwhelmed by my choices, and didn’t feel that anyone was really into helping me.

Teavana

We continued down the Michigan Mile, and I fell in love with Teavana in the Nordstrom building. Fell. In. Love.  I wanted to take the sales rep back to Canada with me so we could talk tea forever.  He was so knowledgeable and totally got me types of tea that fit ME. Plus he made quite the sale out of me… I walked away with four tins of tea, two flower teas, a tempered glass teapot for said flowering teas, a tea steeper thingy that goes over top your mug and then a mug and metal infuser.  One of the girls knew where Winnipeg was…  and they said that they have two locations in Canada, Vancouver and Edmonton.  So Teavana if you’re listening, COME TO WINNIPEG. That is all.
